Should the NFL stop avoiding the bubble?

As we went into recent weeks of the NFL season, there had been games postponed, or completely cancelled, due to positive COVID-19 cases from multiple teams.
The quarantine bubble that was successfully used with the NBA, WNBA, and NHL was never seriously considered for the NFL. With more positive cases, this may be something that the league may want to revisit.
Going into week 6, the NFL released new protocols for the teams to follow. Anyone with high-risk, close-contact exposure to someone who tested positive, must self-quarantine for at least five days. These protocols stand even if the person exposed tests negative and is asymptomatic.
The MLB had a bit of a problem in the beginning of their season with an outbreak involving the Miami Marlins, but they were able to get this problem under control. As for the NFL, that may not be the case. Positive tests continue to show up, even if they self-quarantine these players.
The cases in the NFL continue to rise. Is it too late to get this outbreak under control? With a league as big as the NFL, a bubble may sound unrealistic, but it may be the best option to be able to finish this season, safely.
